How to Bulk Update Timesheets
Follow these steps to update multiple timesheet entries simultaneously.
Step 1- Navigate to Timesheets from the main menu.
Step 2 - Use the checkboxes to select multiple timesheet entries that require changes.
Step 3 - Once the entries are selected, click Edit.
Step 4 - Select the attribute you want to modify for the selected entries:
User
Cost Code
Hourly Cost
Project
Enter the new value.
Step 5 - Click Save to apply the update to all selected timesheets.
ℹ️ Note - Bulk updates only affect the selected timesheet entries. Make sure you review your selection before applying changes.
Additional Actions for Selected Timesheets
After selecting one or more timesheet entries, an action toolbar appears at the bottom of the screen. This toolbar allows you to perform several operations on the selected items.
Change Status - You can quickly update the status of selected timesheets.
Submitted
Approved
Rejected
This allows you to update the status of multiple entries simultaneously.

Duplicate - Use the Duplicate option to create a copy of the selected timesheet entry.
Create - Use the Create option to generate a new record based on the selected timesheet.
Add To - The Add To option allows you to add the selected timesheets to another related item within the project.
ℹ️ Note - If a project is set as Cost Plus, you can also add timesheets to an invoice or create an invoice directly from the timesheet. The timesheet record must be approved for the Add To options to become available.
Push to QBO/Xero - If your account is integrated with QuickBooks Online (QBO) or Xero, you can push the selected timesheets directly to your accounting system for synchronization.
Delete - Click the Delete icon to remove the selected timesheets from the system.
