Accessing the Schedule
To begin:
Open your project in Buildern.
Navigate to the Schedule module.
Choose your preferred view:
Gantt Chart
List View
ℹ️ Note: Calendar view does not support column configuration
Configure Columns in the Gantt Chart
The Gantt Chart view allows you to display both timeline and task-related details in columns.
To configure columns in the Gantt Chart:
Open the Gantt Chart tab in the Schedule.
Click the Column/Layout icon in the toolbar.
A settings panel will appear with a list of available fields.
Check the boxes next to the columns you want to display.
Uncheck any columns you no longer need.
Examples of columns:
ID – Unique number assigned to each task.
Name – Task title shown in the schedule.
Description – Additional task details or notes.
Start Date / End Date – When the task begins and ends.
Duration – Total time the task spans.
Completion % – Current progress of the task.
Dependencies – Links showing how tasks are connected.
Assignees – Team members responsible for the task.
Confirmation – Task approval or acknowledgment status.
Labels – Tags used to organize and filter tasks.
Once selected, the chosen columns will immediately appear alongside your Gantt timeline.
💡 Tip: Enabling the Duration and Dependencies columns is especially useful when managing task sequencing and timeline logic.
You can also:
1. Use the search bar inside the column selector to quickly find a specific field.
2. Reorder columns to change how they appear in your schedule.
3. Restore the default layout if needed.
Your layout preferences are saved automatically.
Configure Columns in the List View
The List View displays your schedule in a structured table format, making it ideal for reviewing task details quickly.
To configure columns in the List View:
Switch to the List View tab.
Click the Column/Layout icon.
Select the columns you would like to display.
Deselect columns you want to hide.
Your selected columns will automatically update in the table.
ℹ️ Note: Dependencies are only available in the Gantt Chart view. Even if selected elsewhere, the Dependencies column will not appear in the List View.

Each view can be configured independently, giving you flexibility based on how you manage your project.
💡 Tip: Keep your view clean by displaying only essential columns for daily work, and enable additional fields when reviewing task details or project progress.
