Access the Calendar View
To open the Calendar View:
Open the project you want to work on.
Go to the To-Dos module from the left-side menu.
At the top of the page, switch from List View to Calendar View.
ℹ️ Note – Tasks without a due date will only appear in the List View and will not be displayed in the calendar.
Create a To-Do Task from the Calendar View
Buildern also allows you to create To-Do tasks directly from the Calendar View, making it easy to schedule tasks based on specific dates.
To create a task from the calendar:
Open the To-Dos module in your project.
Switch to Calendar View.
Click the date where you want to add the task.
The Create To-Do window will appear.
Enter the task details and click Save.
The Due Date will automatically be set to the date you selected on the calendar.
ℹ️ Note – Tasks created in the Calendar View will also appear in the List View.

View To-Do Task Details in Calendar View
In Calendar View, you can quickly open and review task information directly from the calendar.
To view task details in Calendar View, simply click on a task displayed on the calendar.
A To-Do details window will open, where you can see information such as the task name, status, project, due date, and assignee.
ℹ️ Note – You can also edit the task from this window by clicking the edit icon.
View Tasks by Date
You can navigate through the calendar to see tasks scheduled for different time periods.
Use the navigation controls to:
Move between months,weeks or year
Jump back to the current date
Review tasks scheduled for upcoming days
This helps teams stay aware of upcoming deadlines and plan their work accordingly.
At the top of the Calendar View, you can also navigate between months to see tasks scheduled for different periods.
Use the left and right arrows next to the month name to move to the previous or next month.
💡 Tip – Use the Calendar View during weekly planning meetings to quickly review upcoming tasks and deadlines with your team.
