📋 Requirements
Before using Bulk Update actions for Change Orders / Variations, make sure:
You have access to the Change Orders module in a project.
You have the required user permissions to view and manage Change Orders.
At least one Change Order / Variation is selected to activate the bulk actions toolbar.

Bulk Update Change Orders/ Variations
Buildern enables you to manage multiple Change Orders / Variations simultaneously, allowing bulk updating,, downloading, and deleting records.
To perform bulk actions:
Open your project.
Go to Change Orders / Variations.
Tick the checkboxes beside the Change Orders / Variations you want to modify.
You can either select items one by one using the checkboxes next to each entry or use the header checkbox to select all currently visible Change Orders / Variations at once.
Available Bulk Actions
After selecting one or more Change Orders / Variations, you can use the toolbar at the bottom of the screen to perform bulk actions.
Create Purchase Order / Subcontract - Use this option to generate a new Purchase Order or Subcontract based on the selected Change Orders.
Add to Purchase Order / Subcontract - This option allows you to add selected Change Orders to an existing Purchase Order or Subcontract.
Download PDF - Use this option to export selected Change Orders as PDF files.
Delete - Use this option to permanently remove selected Change Orders from the project.
ℹ️ Note - Deleted Change Orders/ Variations cannot be recovered.
