Before you begin, make sure:
You have access to your Buildxact account
Your project schedule is already created in Buildxact
You have access to the target project in Buildern

Import Schedule from Buildxact
Step 1: Access the Import Option
To begin importing:
Open your project in Buildern
Click the Import button
Select Import from Buildxact
When you click on Buildxact, you will see detailed step-by-step instructions explaining how to export your file. In this section, Buildern also provides a visual screenshot to guide you through the process.
Follow the instructions shown on the screen: Go to the Schedule page in Buildxact, click the Share icon, then choose the list type you want to export, set the desired timeframe, and select Excel as the file format. Click Download, and the schedule file will be generated and saved to your device.
Step 2: Configure Columns
After uploading the file, Buildern will display a preview of the imported data.
You can review and adjust column mappings. This step may be optional, as Buildern can automatically map standard Buildxact fields.
After Import: What to Expect
Your schedule items will now appear in Buildern’s Schedule view.
From here, you can continue managing:
Tasks and milestones
Dependencies
Schedule views
Project planning and tracking
It’s recommended to review the imported data to ensure everything is correctly aligned.
