📋 Requirements
Before you begin, make sure:
You have access to both Buildxact and Buildern.
You have permission to manage Clients in Buildern.
Your client information is available in Buildxact.
Open the Client Import Tool in Buildern
Navigate to People > Clients.
2. Click Import in the top-right corner.
3. Select Buildxact from the list of available import sources.
The Import Clients Excel/CSV from Buildxact window will appear.
Export Clients from Buildxact
Log in to Buildxact.
Navigate to Clients tab.
Click Export to Excel.
Save the CSV file to your computer.
Upload the Buildxact File
Return to Buildern.
Drag and drop the exported file into the upload area, or click Browse Files to select the file from your computer.
Click Continue.
Buildern will automatically match Buildxact fields with the corresponding Buildern client fields.
Once the import is complete, Buildern will create client records for all valid entries in the file.
