Buildern allows you to import tasks from external applications such as Excel or CSV files.When selecting this option, Buildern will guide you through the import process step-by-step.
Import To-Dos
To import existing To-Do tasks:
Navigate to the To-Dos module in your project.
Click Import.
Choose one of the available import options.
Buildern provides two ways to import tasks.
Import from Another Application
Buildern lets you import tasks from external software. No matter which software you choose, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions to guide you through the process.
You’ll also have access to a Buildern To-Do Template that shows the correct column structure as an example.
ℹ️ Note:When importing tasks from another application, make sure your file follows the Buildern To-Do Import Template structure. Incorrect column formatting may cause the import to fail.
Copy from Another Project or Template
You can also duplicate a To-Do task from:
An existing Buildern project
A saved project template
The full To-Do tasks structure will be copied into your current project.
After completing all required fields, click Save to create the task. It will then be displayed in the Calendar view.
ℹ️ Note:When copying tasks from another project or template, the task structure and details will be duplicated, but you can edit the tasks after importing if needed.
