While using Buildern as your primary construction project management software, you can collaborate freely with your sub/vendor directly through the platform.

First, you will need to create a new bid request.

Once you open and send a bid request (request for quote) to the chosen sub/vendors, each will receive a separate email (without seeing other recipients).

Your non-Buildern user sub/vendors can use this email to view the bid request (request for quote) in their web browser and even reply to it without logging into our system.

Here's how the bid request (request for quote) appears to your partners.

They can now submit the bid by filling out the price and leaving comments or uploading files if any or reject it.

You may also have a section with Terms and Conditions for your sub/vendors to view and download the document.

If your sub/vendor submits an offer, they will be asked to leave their electronic signature to make things official.

Once the sub/vendor submits their bid, you will see it reflected in your account. Check the column Seen to see if they have viewed your bid request (request for quote) and click the View Offers button to open their answer.

That’s how your sub/vendors can work with you within Buildern and you can monitor their offers all in one place.

If multiple sub/vendors submit their offers, you have the option to view each one separately in the list view or compare them side by side to evaluate the details more conveniently.

This allows you to quickly identify the best offers and make informed decisions.

Additionally, you can copy selected bids to your estimate from here and work conveniently without having to switch between tabs.
